The 2nd Aii-SR Field Trip to Lory Banan Mountain

The Aii Language Center, Siem Reap Campus, held a field trip to Lorry Banan Mountain on May 27, 2023. Our students were able to ride a lorry, a bamboo train, that took them along the tracks at the base of the mountain. Our students saw the beautiful countryside and the natural beauty of nature. At the top of the mountain, there is an ancient temple complex dating back to the 11th century. Learning outside the classroom is a wonderful experience. By joining field trips, students can explore new things, visit different places, and interact with new people. They can also gain knowledge and insights on various topics, such as history, culture, science, art, and nature. We would like to help stimulate our students’ curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills. We would like to foster students’ social and emotional skills, such as communication, cooperation, and empathy. Field trips are not only fun but also educational opportunities in which students should participate.
